OSSE Consortium Dual Enrollment

The OSSE Consortium Dual Enrollment program is open to GPA and grade-level eligible DCPS students for the fall, spring, and summer semesters. GPA and grade-level eligibility is determined by each participating college/university. The University of the District of Columbia is the only participating institution that does not have a minimum GPA requirement for grade-level eligible students. Please view the eligibility requirements for each college/university participating in the OSSE Consortium Dual Enrollment program.

Participating colleges/universities in the OSSE Consortium Dual Enrollment program include:
American University (School of Education), Bard College, Bay Atlantic University, Bowie State University, George Mason University, Marymount University, Montgomery College, Northern Virginia Community College, Prince George's Community College, Trinity Washington University, University of the District of Columbia, & Virginia State University

If a student is selected for Consortium Program admission, OSSE will fund the cost of tuition and books for up to two (3-credit) courses per semester. The number of courses in which a student may enroll is at the discretion of the institution of higher education (IHE) and local education agency (LEA).
