Synopsis: This is a summary of the solicitation’s contents
|
The District of Columbia Public Schools (“DCPS”), Office of Resource Strategy, Contracts and Acquisitions, on behalf of the Office of General Council (“OGC”), Labor Management and Employee Relations is seeking a contractor to work with DCPS in the implementation of DCPS’ mandatory drug and alcohol testing program.
The contractor shall be responsible for administering Certified Breath Alcohol Tests (BAT), collecting urine specimens and testing them for the presence of drugs using the Enzyme-Multiplied-Immunoassay Test (EMIT) and Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) testing methods.
